We use the terms “advocate”, “you” and “your” to refer to any person using our platform. We use the term “our client” to refer to an entity that subscribes to use our platform. Services included as part of our platform can be embedded in our client’s website, email messages and/or a template supplied by them. Our platform includes full customizable contact form systems that may request personal information at the discretion of our clients.

A Client may want access to Personal Data that we collect from such Client’s customers. Regardless of any choices you make regarding your Personal Information (as described below), Company may disclose Personal Information if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary (a) in connection with any legal investigation; (b) to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on Company; (c) to protect or defend the rights or property of Company or users of the Platform or Services; and/or (d) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy, or our Terms of Use.
