The term “our platform” refers to the services under our direct control that we sell to our clients. The terms “The Soft Edge”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to The Soft Edge, Inc. We use the terms “advocate”, “you” and “your” to refer to any person using our platform. We use the term “our client” to refer to an entity that subscribes to use our platform. Services included as part of our platform can be embedded in our client’s website, email messages and/or a template supplied by them. This privacy policy also provides information about our use of cookies and related tracking technology.

Our platform is a subscription service provided to our client. This service includes an advocacy component that facilitates outreach by an advocate to a recipient or recipients as part of a campaign. For proper targeting and effective transmission of the advocate message, we may request certain pieces of personal information including prefix, name, email address, address and phone number. Our platform includes full customizable contact form systems that may request personal information at the discretion of our clients.

We collect log information about your use of our site and the platform including your browser type, time of your visit, duration of your visit, pages viewed, your IP address and the page that you came from before you reached our site or platform.

Device information
We sometimes collect information about what mobile device or computer you are using including hardware model and operating system version.

We may enter into agreements with Clients that provide our Services by way of a co-branded or private-labeled website. A Client may want access to Personal Data that we collect from such Client’s customers. We may disclose Personal Information to our business partners or other trusted entities for the purpose of providing goods or services we believe will be of interest to you.

Regardless of any choices you make regarding your Personal Information (as described below), Company may disclose Personal Information if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary (a) in connection with any legal investigation; (b) to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on Company; (c) to protect or defend the rights or property of Company or users of the Platform or Services; and/or (d) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy, or our Terms of Use.
